Gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels, plus tumbling and trampoline, open gyms, private lessons, field trips, camps, teams, and gymnastics-themed birthday parties.
About
1 hour of instruction in the gym -- group warm up and stretch, staff-led instruction on gymnastics equipment (including trampolines and pit), followed by open gym free play. Structure can be adjusted per request (more open gym / less instruction or vice versa). 30 minutes in the party room for gifts, food, and fun -- use of the party room to serve food/refreshments, open gifts, and socialize. Staff available to help set up, assist during party room time, and clean up afterward. Helium balloons are provided for all of our party goers. Please feel free to bring refreshments and decorations of your choosing.
