Bethesda Dance Center is a fun, warm, age-appropriate dance environment that values quality training, effort, growth, and respect. Our goal is to provide a dance education that will instill in our dancers a joy of dancing through life--whether on stage or on a dance floor.

About

Acro Fundamentals is a full-year (September-May), supplemental 60-minute class that builds on the skills mastered in the previous level: bridges from standing, bridge recovers, walkovers, one-hand cartwheels, pop cartwheels, and variations. It has a heavy focus on strength, flexibility, and stamina, emphasizes dance technique and aesthetics, and begins drills and conditioning work for side aerials.
