About
Step into the exciting world of acro with our Acrobatic Gymnastics 1 class—designed for older students with little to no prior experience! This empowering program lays the groundwork for acrobatic success by introducing core elements like partner stunts, individual skills, tumbling, strength training, flexibility, and expressive dance. Athletes will build coordination, confidence, and trust as they explore movement in a fun, team-focused environment. It's the perfect starting point for those ready to leap into something new!
