Bethesda Dance Center is a fun, warm, age-appropriate dance environment that values quality training, effort, growth, and respect. Our goal is to provide a dance education that will instill in our dancers a joy of dancing through life--whether on stage or on a dance floor.
About
An invitational class for dancers who have been approved by their instructor to begin training en pointe. Exercises begin at the barre and may gradually progress to center work as strength and control improve, with emphasis on injury prevention, proper shoe care, and building confidence in this new stage of ballet training.
