Michaels is a national arts-and-crafts retail chain. Its Rockville, MD store in the Congressional North Shopping Center also offers free weekly in-store Kids Club craft events, paid live-online kids' art classes, and bookable in-store birthday parties, private craft events and craft room rentals.

About

In-store birthday party: pick a craft project, a Party Captain leads the group while Michaels handles prep and cleanup. Optional licensed character party kits and pizza/beverage add-ons available. Bring your own snacks or cake if preferred -- cups/plates/utensils provided.

Tie-Dye Party

Come make your own tie-dye t-shirt! Have all the fun, with none of the mess. Tie-dye any way you like, then make a stack of bracelets to fit your color scheme. Ages 7+.

Optional character kits

Decorate your party space with Gabby's Dollhouse, Minions or Paw Patrol for $199 total instead of $149 with the Basic Kit.

Logistics

- The birthday parent/guardian MUST stay in the classroom at all times, but other parents may leave but must stay in the building. - You can bring streamers, balloons, and anything to decorate chairs and tables. - You may not hang anything from the walls or ceilings or use anything overly messy such as confetti or silly string. - You can bring any food or drinks you like, please just note we do not have any refrigeration or freezer services available.
