Established in 1979, Bethesda Soccer Club (BSC) is a Montgomery County, Maryland travel and development club whose stated purpose is "Developing Professional and Collegiate Soccer Players." BSC runs a full competitive pathway for boys and girls -- from Tots and Juniors recreational programs through Youth Development Program (YDP) teams up to elite travel levels (MLS Next and NAL for boys, ECNL and ECNL Regional League for girls, plus EDP for both) -- alongside camps, specialized skills clinics, and an indoor Performance Center used for training, leagues, and rentals. BSC is known for its alumni who have gone on to professional and NCAA Division I soccer, its dedicated college-recruiting support, and for offering need-based scholarships -- one of the few travel clubs nationwide to do so.

About
This program will offer players the unique opportunity to develop their ability to strike the soccer ball with proper technique to generate power and accuracy, initially moving on to finishing technique (1v1 with a GK) and types of finishes, as well as attacking movement in and around the 18-yard area. This progressive program develops from session to session, and each returning player from clinic 1 onwards will progress into the next phase of Striker development. This is a highly technical program where techniques are broken down in great detail to provide individuals with crucial feedback that builds maximum effectiveness and confidence for use in the game.
