About
GymFusion is Dynamite's signature blended program combining gymnastics, movement, and tumbling into one high-energy, confidence-building class. Kids rotate through 10-minute stations covering gymnastics apparatus (cartwheels, handstands, rolls, basic bar & beam skills), trampoline work for air awareness and coordination, tumbling progressions (rolls, back walkovers, round-offs), and strength & flexibility work on bars and ropes. Classes open with a movement warm-up and close with a review and stamp. For ages 5 and up, one hour long, suited to beginner and intermediate students who want to explore multiple disciplines in one class.
