I hate to leave bad reviews, but we really had a bad experience here. My daughter took lessons here when she was 2, going on 3. There is very little instructional time per child in the group lessons. And from what I’ve heard consistently from other caregivers, the quality of the instruction is poor. They don’t do much to actually advance your child in swimming. There was an instructor change for my child’s class, and for some reason my child didn’t respond well to the new instructor. She refused to enter the pool. In subsequent lessons, she refused to enter the building. We had no choice but to unenroll. However, they made it very, very difficult to get out of our obligation. We couldn’t help that my child refused to participate. We did all the things to set her up for success, and got her to class with plenty of time, but in the end, it was a no go for her. My husband finally got them to let us out of the contract, after much difficulty. We would not recommend.
