Logistics

- The arena should be about the size of a small basketball court at a minimum, and the obstacles can be arranged for a variety of open spaces - Outdoor arenas are usually set up around your house (backyard, front yard, side yard); indoor arenas are possible at soccer domes, sports complexes, or batting arenas, and the host arranges and pays for the indoor facility - About 12 obstacles are set up (inflatable barriers, hunting blind tents, and adjustable coreplast stands) - One electrical outlet is required to blow up the inflatable bunkers and power the computer and TV - Up to 20 players can be in each game at once; if more guests attend, groups rotate

Rules

- Parents do not need to supervise directly, but a responsible adult must be readily available at the event site - GameTruck is not responsible for securing permits, licenses, or permission to park; parks may require renting a pavilion or area, and there is no bathroom on the truck - Setup and play are not possible in rain, thunder, or lightning, in real-feel temperatures colder than 40 degrees or hotter than 95 degrees for outdoor events, in winds above 20 mph, or on muddy, wet, or slippery fields or fields with standing water; the customer may reschedule for free until 24 hours before the start time, and GameTruck makes the final call on weather cancellations (deferring to the customer for forecasts with a 50% or lower chance of rain)
