The Ninja/Tumble class is the perfect class for those who want a little bit of everything. Students will spend approximately half of class making their way through hanging and balancing obstacles in the Ninja gym. They will spend the other half of class learning basic tumbling & jumping skills in the Recreational Gymnastics gym. This class is a great way to increase strength, agility, balance and overall body control while learning and having fun! What to wear: sneakers that can be tightened, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants (or a leotard if desired). Please avoid baggy clothes and denim.
