The Ninja/Tumble class is the perfect class for those who want a little bit of everything. After making their way through hanging and balancing obstacles, students will learn basic tumbling & jumping skills in the Recreational Gymnastics gym. This class is a great way to increase strength, agility, balance and overall body control while learning and having fun! What to wear: sneakers that can be tightened, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants (avoid baggy clothes and denim)
