Expert instructors teach our trademarked KIDS FIRST/Kick FIRST curriculum, with programs for every child's needs from infant through teen. We also offer birthday pool parties and other programs.
About
Mommy & Me: (or Daddy & Me) Children are born with a natural affinity for water. The sooner children start swimming lessons, the quicker they learn and the less likely they will be afraid of the water. This program is designed for children from ages 3 months to 3 years. This class is progressive and with consistency and repetition your child will progress and learn the fundamentals of swimming Kicking, Buoyancy, Breath Control and Safety Skills in addition to water comfort. The total class time is 30 minutes. - Independently Kick on Tummy & Back with support - Comfortable on Floating on Tummy & Back while supported - Blow Bubbles with Face in the Water for 3 seconds - Climb Out of the Pool Independently - Enter the Pool with Confidence.
Required equipment
Bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles (if preferred), a swim cap for longer hair, and a change of clothes. Some schools may require specific items, like swim diapers for toddlers.
