About
Parkour & Freerunning (PK&FR) is our advanced, invitation-only class for traceurs who have graduated from Parkour Basics. It's where foundational skills become fluid, expressive movement. Students flow through ever-changing courses, linking jumps, vaults, climbs, and bar skills while adding height, distance, speed, and acrobatic elements. For safety, coaches continually assess readiness and may move a student back to Basics to shore up specific skills. Students will work on: advanced vaults, precision & strides, wall runs & cat leaps, bar swings & laches, acrobatic elements, flow & lines.
