Our preschool gymnastics program builds coordination, confidence, and a love of movement for children ages 6 months to 5 years, in small classes matched to attention span. Kids rotate through bars, beam, trampoline, and floor stations with coach guidance, on equipment sized for preschoolers (low beams, foam pits, mini bars, mini trampolines, soft mats). Every class ends with a cool-down and a stamp. The independent Preschool class is for kids ready to participate without a parent on the floor, practicing skills and exploring equipment at their own pace.
