About
Our preschool gymnastics program builds coordination, confidence, and a love of movement for children ages 6 months to 5 years, in small classes matched to attention span. Kids rotate through bars, beam, trampoline, and floor stations with coach guidance, on equipment sized for preschoolers (low beams, foam pits, mini bars, mini trampolines, soft mats). Every class ends with a cool-down and a stamp. Baby Sparks is the parent-child track for the youngest gymnasts, with a caregiver on the floor supporting balance, jumping, and rolling.
