Serving North Bethesda Since 2009 - Where Every Athlete Finds Their Spark. Classes for ages 18 months through adults. Gymnastics, T&T, tumbling, and more — all in a safe, supportive community that celebrates every milestone.
About
Our preschool gymnastics program builds coordination, confidence, and a love of movement for children ages 6 months to 5 years, in small classes matched to attention span. Kids rotate through bars, beam, trampoline, and floor stations with coach guidance, on equipment sized for preschoolers (low beams, foam pits, mini bars, mini trampolines, soft mats). Every class ends with a cool-down and a stamp. Parent Coaching pairs a parent or caregiver with their child on the floor throughout class, coaching them through each station together.
