About
Pro 2 continues advanced stroke development, limited to a maximum of four students per instructor. Requirement: student is able to swim Simple Freestyle with side breaths continuously for 2 minutes.
Required equipment
Bathing suit, goggles, a towel, and a brush. (For baby swimmers, be sure to bring a reusable swim diaper.)
Prerequisites
Student is able to swim Simple Freestyle with Side Breaths continuously for 2 minutes. Student is able to swim Simple Backstroke 50 feet. Student is able to kick Simple Breaststroke Kick and Simple Dolphin Kick 25 feet. Student is able to Tread Water for 60 seconds independently.
