Semi-private lessons at the Advanced 1 level. Goal: Swimmers will enhance their stroke technique to improve efficiency and become stronger, safer swimmers. Skills learned: advanced technique and drills for all four strokes, individual medley transitions, water safety focus on endurance in all four strokes.
Required equipment
a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained must wear a reusable swim diaper.
