Semi-private lessons at the Intermediate 1 level. Goal: Swimmers can swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke and perform a breaststroke kick. Skills learned: underwater streamline, refined technique and improved endurance in freestyle and backstroke, water safety focus on endurance and freestyle without goggles.
Required equipment
a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained must wear a reusable swim diaper.
Prerequisites
Goal: Swimmers can swim 25 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke and can do Breaststroke kick. Skills learned: Underwater Streamline, Refine Technique and Improve Endurance in Freestyle and Backstroke. Water Safety Focus: Endurance, Freestyle without Goggles.
