Semi-private lessons at the Intermediate 3 level. Goal: Swimmers can legally swim all four competitive strokes and perform open and closed turns. Skills learned: advanced technique for freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, independent butterfly, open and flip turns, water safety focus on endurance.
Required equipment
a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained must wear a reusable swim diaper.
