Semi-private lessons at the ParentTot level. Goal: Swimmers can comfortably go under the water and perform front and back skills with the support of a guardian. Skills learned: breath control (breath hold and blowing bubbles), supported front and back floats and kicks, water safety focus on safe pool entry and exit.
Required equipment
a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap or hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). Swimmers who are not potty-trained must wear a reusable swim diaper.
