Shark 2 is the final level of the core British Swim School program, designed for advanced swimmers who are ready to fine-tune their technique and performance. Lessons focus on perfecting stroke mechanics, breathing patterns, body positioning, and advanced skills like transitions, flip turns, and race-style starts. With an emphasis on endurance and efficiency, swimmers work toward 50-yard distance goals in each stroke. Graduation from this level marks the successful completion of the British Swim School program—equipping swimmers with the skills and confidence to join a swim team or continue swimming recreationally with strength and control. 5 Goals of Shark 2: 1. Backstroke 50 yards 2. Freestyle 50 yards 3. Breaststroke 50 yards 4. Butterfly 50 yards 5. Starts and turns for each stroke
