Established in 1999 by Steve Knapman, a former English professional player, Brit-Am Soccer Academy provides youth soccer classes, clinics, camps, birthday parties, and a competitive All Stars Academy travel program across Montgomery County, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Brit-Am's approach centers on a fun, player-first, age-appropriate curriculum delivered by licensed coaches -- including former professional and collegiate players -- with an emphasis on long-term player development for players from toddlers through high school. Now employing over 40 coaches and named Washington's Best Soccer Sports Program in 2023, Brit-Am is especially known for its All Stars Academy travel teams and its dedicated goalkeeper training program.

About

Brit-Am Striker Clinics are a great way for players to develop the tools necessary for playing in the attacking third. Our staff of professional and licensed coaches will provide the players an opportunity to develop their shooting, finishing, individual and combination play, first touch, and passing. The skills learned in this clinic will translate to all positions on the field and give players more confidence as they further their development. Throughout this session, players will explore the many ways to create and finish scoring opportunities by developing their skills, athleticism, creativity, and understanding of attacking concepts.
