Dawn Crafton Dance Connection has taught dance in Rockville, Maryland since 1954, making it one of the longest-running studios in the DC area. Based at Rockville Town Square, it offers ballet, pointe, tap, jazz/contemporary, hip hop and technique classes, a TuTu Cute preschool program (ages 2-6), a Passport/Mini Passport track for dedicated dancers, teen and adult classes, and a September-to-May season ending in an end-of-year concert.
About
A cross-style technique class at Dawn Crafton Dance Connection focused on cross-style technical conditioning - turns, jumps, flexibility, and strength used across all of the studio's dance styles. Run weekly at the studio's Rockville Town Square location across the September-May season, it supports students' other style classes by building the turns, jumps, flexibility, and strength used throughout the curriculum. Placement is based on skill assessment.
