Tiny Tykes

My Gym is a global children's fitness and enrichment franchise founded in 1983 by fitness enthusiasts Yacov Sherman, Susi Sherman, and Bill Caplin, who set out to build a gym designed just for kids rather than a scaled-down adult gym. Its non-competitive curriculum blends dance, gymnastics, and athletics for ages 6 weeks to 14 years, built around four developmental pillars: cognitive growth, physical development, emotional IQ, and social skills. Now with 600+ locations in 16 countries and over 3.8 million families served worldwide, My Gym is consistently ranked the #1 children's program globally and is especially known for its birthday parties (1.3M+ hosted) and family-friendly, no-contract enrollment policies. This Bethesda Chevy Chase location, at The Shops at Wisconsin Place, brings that same curriculum and party program to the local community.
