Designed for young children who can work independently of their caregiver for 40 minutes, this engaging program introduces the building blocks of gymnastics through age-appropriate progressions that promote coordination, balance, and body control. With hands-on activities using the low beam, mini bar, trampoline, and more, students strengthen both fine and gross motor skills while building confidence in a safe and playful environment. It's the perfect first step into the world of movement.
