Video Game Theater - Weekday Special (Up to 12 Players)

Logistics

- Up to 20 participants can play inside the GameTruck at one time; the practical limit depends on age and size (about 20 kids ages 7-9, no more than 16 for ages 12-14, and about 12 for older teens and adults) - The GameTruck is 65 feet long and about 9 feet wide (about 5 cars parked in a line, or 8-10 parking spaces); it cannot park on grass or soft surfaces, needs 12 feet of clearance in height and width, and needs relatively flat parking; alleys are typically not an option - No outlet is needed because quiet onboard generators provide all the power, and the truck has heat and air conditioning for year-round events - Game selection is discussed before the event and only age-appropriate game ratings are provided; internet-based games reduce the maximum number of players at one time - Up to 4 GameTrucks can be brought to one event, subject to availability

Rules

- No food or drinks are permitted inside the GameTruck; guests are free to come and go for a drink or snack - Parents do not need to supervise directly, but a responsible adult must be readily available at the event site - Children younger than 7 must be accompanied by an adult - GameTruck is not responsible for securing permits, licenses, or permission to park; parks may require renting a pavilion or area, and there is no bathroom on the truck - Only available Monday through Thursday; not valid for corporate or large group events or combined with other discounts or events; out-of-market travel fees still apply
