HyperKidz Rockville is an indoor kids playground in Rockville, Maryland, with colorful play zones, interactive structures, slides, trampolines and soft-play areas. It hosts birthday parties in five packages (Super, Mega, Colossal, Royal and Private), each with a dedicated party host, an LED interactive dance floor with a bubble show, and private party rooms.

Our take

Cavernous indoor playground that’s a mainstay playdate and party destination, though some find party prices high and organization lacking.

Parents like that...

- it’s huge, and a huge hit with kids
- workers are “always cleaning”
- spaces for littles are well-defended from big kid invasions

Keep in mind that...

- it’s busy, chaotic and loud
- some parents struggle to keep track of their kids in the large space
- parents report feeling rushed in the birthday party rooms
