Squeals on Wheels is a veteran- and women-owned, family-run, USDA-licensed and insured mobile petting zoo serving Montgomery County, MD and nearby Northern Virginia communities. It brings friendly farm and exotic animals, from alpacas and miniature goats to bunnies, guinea pigs, and hedgehogs, to hands-on birthday parties, with festival, school, and therapy packages also available. Every birthday package includes the fencing, stools, and equipment plus staff to run the animal stations.

Our take

Bringing the barnyard to your backyard—this mobile petting zoo lets kids cuddle bunnies, pet ponies, and hang out with goats, all without leaving home.

Parents like that...

- they offer a variety of animals—from lap-sized bunnies to mini-horses—makig it a hit for all ages
- they’re flexible with setups, moving indoors if weather doesn’t cooperate
- staff is professional, friendly, and keeps things running smoothly

Keep in mind that...

- only one staff member comes per booking, so you might want extra hands to help supervise
- outdoor setups mean occasional animal-related "surprises" (bring a poop scoop\!)
- weekend rates and minimums can get pricey
