Salsa With Silvia 4 Kids is a family-owned dance studio founded by Silvia Alexiev, whose kids program launched in 2016. From studios in Washington, DC and downtown Bethesda, it teaches children ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, modern, Latin dance and Mommy and Me classes, plus bilingual dance-focused summer camps, with an emphasis on fun, discipline and confidence.

Our take

A lively, dance-filled experience where kids groove to routines while soaking in a dash of Spanish.

Parents like that...

- its package of fun, energetic classes and camps with entertaining recitals
- the great indoor space for active play, rain or shine
- preschool-friendly programs perfect for little ones who love to move

Keep in mind that...

- Spanish exposure is light—not full immersion
